    The First Congregation Church of Cheshire is introducing anew series that will include presentations by health care experts on topicsthat are important to health in the Cheshire community. This presentation will provide information on the effects ofsleep on health and the best ways to get a good night’s sleep for children,teens, adults, and older adults.
